  3. Perform regular property inspections during move-ins and move-outs.
  4. Oversee preventive maintenance (landscaping, snow removal, seasonal upkeep).

Financial Management

  1. Collect rent and security deposits from tenants.
  2. Enforce late fees and handle delinquencies/evictions if needed.
  3. Provide regular financial reporting and statements to owners.
  4. Manage budgeting, accounting and sometimes tax-related paperwork.
