- Perform regular property inspections during move-ins and move-outs.
- Oversee preventive maintenance (landscaping, snow removal, seasonal upkeep).
Financial Management
- Collect rent and security deposits from tenants.
- Enforce late fees and handle delinquencies/evictions if needed.
- Provide regular financial reporting and statements to owners.
- Manage budgeting, accounting and sometimes tax-related paperwork.
